- Your location or area served, and details about your business, goals, and the website you want.
- An optional logo or file you upload.
We do not run advertising trackers, and the site sets no non-essential cookies.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to take the steps you ask for before any contract. The lawful bases are your consent (which you give when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Who we share it with
Your submission is delivered to our email inbox through our form provider, Web3Forms, which processes the message and any attachment on our behalf. Email is then handled by our email provider. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as we are in contact about your project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then we delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email charlie@cmxwd.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
